Rr123 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the rr123, available at the domain rr123.best, and all services associated with it. By registering or using any feature of the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product.

A rr123 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time, with prior notice posted on the platform. Continued use after changes are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

2. Registration and Eligibility

To create an account at rr123 and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

2.2 Responsibility for Registered Information

3. Account Use

Account sharing with third parties is not permitted. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder. The rr123 may monitor access patterns and, if there are signs of account sharing or misuse, may suspend the account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

A rr123 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a security failure on the user's own device, including viruses, malware, or social engineering.

4. Deposits

A rr123 accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available for the Brazilian market:

Only deposits from accounts held in the name of the registered user are accepted at rr123. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender, and the account may be temporarily blocked pending review.

4.1 Failed Deposits

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on the rr123 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted, regardless of family relation or personal connection.

• Processing time: up to 5 minutes for fully verified accounts;
• Minimum withdrawal amount: no minimum amount for Pix withdrawals;
• Withdrawal fee: free;
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to an additional review period of up to 24 hours due to compliance requirements;
• The first withdrawal from any account requires full identity verification (KYC).

5.1 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

Before processing the first withdrawal, the rr123 may request the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), a recent proof of address (issued within the last 3 months), and in some cases a selfie holding the document. 5.2 Withdrawal restrictions on bonus balance

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• The standard rollover for Sports Betting is 20x the bonus amount, with a minimum odds of 1.60 per selection;
• The standard rollover for slots is 40x the bonus amount;
• The rollover requirement for live casino games, including roulette and blackjack, is 10x with an odds/contribution rate of 10%;
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement for any bonus is 30 calendar days from the credit date;
• Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the balance and cannot be reactivated.

6.1 Bets that do not count toward rollover

The following bets do not count toward bonus rollover: cancelled or voided bets, bets on suspended or postponed events, bets that constitute risk hedging — such as backing both possible outcomes of the same event simultaneously — and bets placed below the minimum odds set for the applicable bonus.

6.2 Bonus Cancellation

7. Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are settled based on the official competition result, as declared by the relevant governing body;

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or edited by the user;

• Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically cancelled and the amount is returned to the account balance.

7.1 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is canceled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed by more than 24 hours, pre-match bets are also voided and stakes returned. Live bets on events suspended during play are handled based on the percentage of time elapsed — typically, at least 90% of regulation time must be completed for the bet to be settled.

7.2 Cash-out

The cash-out feature allows users to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a value calculated in real time based on current probabilities. Cash-out is available for selected markets in live events. Bets settled via cash-out are final and cannot be reversed. 12.2 Closure by rr123

In cases of closure due to a breach, balances may be withheld indefinitely pending review.
